Educação em Código Aberto: impactos na formação humana e profissional

Abstract
This essay aims to contribute to the reflection on the abundance of possibilities that professionals can have to invest in the expansion of their consciousness, through continuing education that contributes to the wholeness of being. It calls into question the possibilities of an “Open Code Education”, conceived as a form of dialogical and hermeneutic openness, a condition for the processes of humanization, the ultimate goal of educational processes and a promising horizon for professional formation in the face of contemporary challenges.
