Education for Sustainable Development through Teacher Training

Abstract
The aim of the change project is to promote education for sustainable development through teacher training while including sustainable development issues in the teacher training program focusing on active learning techniques. The paper describes actions towards the change project with concrete steps. It includes a detailed description of the five cycles of the change project together with value creation stories (immediate value, potential value, applied value, realized value, and reframing value).
