Education in occupied Romania invaders the villages of the South of Ukraine in 1941-1944

Abstract

The article analyzes the educational process, which took place in the villages Romanian occupation zone «Transnistria» in 1941- 1944. In particular characterized the functioning and activities of Odessa State University, as a single institution of higher education in gubernotorstvi. Considered scientific divisions, functioned in it, the conditions of admission and training, the quantitative composition of the students and the like. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the functioning of vocational training in the form of professional training institutions of various specialists for agriculture. Also, the occupation authorities organized various courses to improve the skills of workers for different production sectors. Particular attention is paid to the establishment and organization of primary education in rural areas governorship «Transnistria». Since primary education for the Romanian program was mandatory for the entire population, and the parents do not send their children to school without a good reason to pay a fine. Specially created by the parents' committee responsible for fundraising, school repairs and ensure decent conditions for training. Defined training program which runs educational process, items that were required for the study, characterized by knowledge assessment system. The academic year is divided into trimesters, at the end of each exhibited final at the end of the last trimester rose overall assessment for the year. The occupation authorities drew children in a variety of works, in the form of practice as one of the components of the educational process, which is also a grade. The school also had their own farms where grown these or other plant species. Providing schools with fuel, collection of medicinal plants, it is all included in the responsibilities of students.
