Educational Environment in Terms of Using Information Technology

Abstract
The modern civilization is characterized by the constantly increasing speed of change. The economy now suffers a radical transformation (including with respect to the labor market structure and the needs of professional qualification) in a single generation. Because of the enormous difficulty of understanding, appreciation and even of survival in such an evolution, the impact of these changes is called Future Shock. On the other hand, these fundamental changes do not occur suddenly, out of nowhere, but they are registered in the broader historical evolution of which includes the technological development. Students, teachers and educators are more and more concerned to learn how to use the ICT resources to their full potential (The Information and Communication Technology) in order to adjust to the new forms of education and to the new labor market requirements. The skill to interact and collaborate within a learning environment based on Internet has an essential role in this regard.
