EDUCATIONAL MEASURING TOOLS AS IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract
The article examines the problem of the quality of training in the field of educational measurement. The quality of education is becoming a major factor in human development to provide this level of life and the professional competence of the person who would satisfy her desire for self-improvement and self-development and, as a consequence, society needs educated and highly cultured citizens. Development of educational measurement, test technologies in pedagogical diagnostics and update computer technology in higher education institutions creates favorable conditions for the introduction of automated diagnostic systems to the educational process. Informatization of education and development of educational measurement is one of the ways to improve education. Training specialist educational services requires systematic work, where the educational act of measurement tools, which allows to evaluate the level of knowledge of students and the quality of the organization of educational work. The practical training of future professionals should take into account the increasing competition in the market of educational services. The authors show the importance of promoting the educational dimensions are an important factor in improving the quality of training in terms of quality of education modernization.
