Effect of KM initiatives on productivity Payme NoorHamedan university personnel

Abstract

In the development literature, knowledge-based development is of great importance for experts to complete such a term is known. Knowledge-based development, the engine of the economy, science and the production of knowledge, create value and wealth in society is increasing. On the other hand today as the fastest means of transferring information of great value in accelerating the pace of progress in different fields of economic, cultural, social and community plays. Now to rebuild the economy, resulting in increased productivity is the leading universities and other organizations and agencies in the network economy are.It is clear that staff has the knowledge; since they are the most important investment you can have a significant role in increasing productivity.This study examines the impact of KM initiatives to increase staff productivity in light of the province pays. This research is descriptive and survey methods. All personnel of the statistical population of the province, including 290 light form. According to Cochran's formula, the sample size was 72. For this purpose the theoretical principles of the subject studied. The next stage of the overall knowledge management and productivity variables is addressed by means of questionnaires.The resulting data were analyzed by the software "lisrel" confirmatory factor analysis and the use of the conceptual model was obtained.According to the survey results between elements of strategy, information technology, process creation and transfer of knowledge and productivity, there was no relationship The only factors in enhancing productivity of personnel, organizational structure and corporate culture PNU include human resource management. So we can conclude that knowledge management has been effective in increasing productivity. It is recommended that organizations provide necessary conditions for the implementation of knowledge management.
