EFFECT OF LOANS OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS ON THE FINANCIAL POLICY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article studies the crediting activities of international financial institutions (IFI) in Ukraine, examines the conditions and peculiarities of allowance of IFIs’ credit facilities to economic entities operating in the sphere of heat supply for the purpose of financing their investment projects. The article analyses problems related to utilisation and reimbursement of credit facilities. The ways of solving these problems are suggested, namely, the article gives recommendations concerning improvement of the current regulatory legal base that regulates the issues of attracting IFIs’ funds to implement investment projects. The study, according to the authors, deepens the understanding of the role of credit instruments in the system of budget planning. Loans provided by international institutions are aimed at reforming certain sectors of economics by tranches to the government, these funds are used to finance the budget deficit and balance of payments balance.
