Rats were randomly assigned on diet containing mushroom fruiting and mushroom mycelium for a period of 30 days. On every 10th day, animals were weighed and their diet intake, remnant food and protein intake were measured. e result showed phenylalanine, methionine, tryptophan, threonine, isoleucine, lysine and histidine values of mycelium found significantly more than fruiting.
