EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON INDIVIDUAL’S VALUE ORIENTATIONS

Abstract

The article was aimed at studying the range of topical problems related to the effect of corporate culture on the formation of the individual’s value orientations and development. The article provides a scientific view of the corporate culture as a factor of forming the personality of the company’s employees, the range of topical problems related to the impact of the organization on the system of value orientation of an individual is identified. Based on the results of the carried out research the relevant conclusions were made and the prospects for further research in this direction are identified.
