NETWORK OF SOCIAL SUPPORT AS A COPING RESOURCE OF THE PROFESSIONAL SELFACTUALIZATION OF WOMEN

Abstract
The paper considered the concept of network of social support as an important coping resource of the professional selfactualization of women. There are analyzed the scientist`s researches that concerned the necessity of effective network of social support in the process of woman`s becoming as a professional, mother and wife. It is noted that the presence of an effective network has a positive impact on the women`s psychological health.
