Effect of pH of Synthesis on CdS/L-cys Colloidal Solutions Optical Properties
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2016, Vol 17, Issue 1
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to summarize experimental data of CdS/L-cystein nanoparticles (NPs) colloid solutions optical properties as function of 3-component mixture (Cd2+ – S2- – L-cys) content and pH. The NPs synthesis was carried out at pH=7, 9 and 11 in the wide composition range based on literature data. The influence of the solutions composition on the colloids stability and the CdS/L-cys NPs size was monitored by absorption and fluorescence spectra observation at room temperature and studied by TEM. A polynomial model was used for the responses produced from Scheffe’s simplex lattice design with fourth degree terms. Keywords: nanoparticles, CdS/L-cystein, absorption spectra, photo luminescence, quantum yield, mathematic experiments planning, simplex-lattice analyses.

A Set of the Important Kinetic Properties of Crystals and Their Dependence on the Charge Carriers Scattering Mechanisms
In non-equilibrium thermodynamics, there are known the generalized equations of electrical and heat conduction. They describe the response of conducting medium to the action of drift fields in the medium as well as a m...
Optical Absorption of Chalcogenide Glass Ga2S3-La2S3 Doped with Erbium
The glasses of the La2S3-Er2S3-Ga2S3 system were synthesized from the melted samples which where quenched in to the cold 25% solution of NaCl. Their optical absorption spectra were studied in the range of 1.2–2.9 eV at 8...
The Influence of Thickness Fluctuations on the Electroconductivity and Thermopower of Quantum Semiconductor Wire
It was determined the electrical conductivity and thermopower of semiconductor quantum wire conditioned by a random field of Gaussian fluctuations of wire thickness. We present the results for cases degenerate and nondeg...
The Effect of the Thermal Introduction of NaNO2 on the Optical Properties of Indium and Gallium Monoselenides
The effect of the thermal introduction of NaNO2 on the optical properties of indium and gallium monoselenides was investigated. The transmission spectra of InSe and GaSe and their NaNO2-intercalates were identified by me...
