Effect of pH of Synthesis on CdS/L-cys Colloidal Solutions Optical Properties
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2016, Vol 17, Issue 1
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to summarize experimental data of CdS/L-cystein nanoparticles (NPs) colloid solutions optical properties as function of 3-component mixture (Cd2+ – S2- – L-cys) content and pH. The NPs synthesis was carried out at pH=7, 9 and 11 in the wide composition range based on literature data. The influence of the solutions composition on the colloids stability and the CdS/L-cys NPs size was monitored by absorption and fluorescence spectra observation at room temperature and studied by TEM. A polynomial model was used for the responses produced from Scheffe’s simplex lattice design with fourth degree terms. Keywords: nanoparticles, CdS/L-cystein, absorption spectra, photo luminescence, quantum yield, mathematic experiments planning, simplex-lattice analyses.

Calculation of the Stability and Rebuilding of the Crystal Surface Within DFT-Calculations
The thin films surface is not perfect, so its properties and properties of the massive part of the film willdiffer significantly. Since a regularity in the formation of surface irregularities is observed, then the possib...

In this communication we demonstrate the fast and facile preparation of nanoparticles hydrated and anhydrous iron trifluoride by solvotermal synthesis using the surface active substances. The iron fluoride/acytelen black...
The Thickness Dependence of Thermoelectric Parameters of thin Films Based on Compounds LAST
The thermoelectric properties of thin films based on compounds PbSnAgTe, obtained by condensation of vapor on the high vacuum on mica substrate are researched. Based on a two-layer model Petrits are founded electrical pa...
The Peculiarities of Structure Formation Upon Sintering of TiH2+TiB2 Powder Blends
The investigation results on peculiarities of phase and structure formation as well as sintering kinetic of compacted TiH2 - TiВ2 powder blends. It was shown, the most intensive shrinkage upon heating took place within t...
The Quantum-Mechanical Addition Rule of Probabilities without Wave Functions
As shown, the addition rule of probabilities in quantum mechanics can be derived from the classical theory of probabilities, using the specifics of quantum events due to wave-particle dualism without using the concept of...
