Effect of Pulsed Current Parameters on the Structure of Amorphous Co-W Alloys and Their Thermal Stability

Abstract

Methods of X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis is investigated of the structure and thermal stability Co-W alloys of electrodeposition at current and pulse currents. It was found the influence of modes of a deposition and concentration in electrolyte the component, which resulting in amorphism, on amorphous state of alloys. It is shown that at increase in the maintenance of tungsten in an alloy or under more nonequilibrium conditions of electrodeposition solidification start shifting to the region of higher temperatures.
