EFFECT OF UNITY AND UNIFICATION ON REGULATION OF PENSIONARY RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is indicated terms of unity and unification, there is an investigation of scientific views about influence of these terms on pensionary legislation, exposure of differences between them. As a result, we suppose conclusion that the term «unity» is not the same as «unification».
