EFFECTIVE AND QUALITATIVE PROVISION OF HUMAN RIGHTS FOR FREE LEGAL AID WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONWIDE LAW-EDUCATION PROJECT « I HAVE A RIGHT» IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The challenges of society regarding the need to provide free legal aid in Ukraine are topical issues of the present, as a low-income citizen, as a rule, cannot afford to pay for the received legal service. Therefore, a modern Ukrainian state, possessing a sovereign power, embodying the sovereignty of the people, the sovereignty of the nation, the result of the realization of the right to self-determination; acting as the official representative of the whole people through the supreme representative body of legislative power; having a special control and coercion apparatus; establishing obligatory rules of conduct for all in the form of legal norms, through which regulates social relations, ensures the provision of free legal aid to socially vulnerable categories of persons. In this context, the article is devoted to highlighting the peculiarities of effective and high-quality provision of human rights for free legal aid through the implementation of the nationwide law-education project «I Have a Right!» in Ukraine. The importance of this project is to increase the level of legal culture, legal consciousness of citizens; in shaping the skills and abilities to defend their rights. Depending on the actual legal needs of the society, within the project, socially significant topics are identified regarding the protection of the rights of citizens, according to which information and education campaigns are conducted throughout the territory of Ukraine.
