EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT THROUGH THE LIGHT OF SMART ECONOMY

Abstract
The results of the elaborating of management transformations required to meet the regulatory mechanism of socio-economic changes are lit. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of tendencies to strengthening of post-modern modernization of the culture (in particular, managerial one) and formation of "smart society". Additionally information-analytical component of the achievement and implementation of competitiveness is accentuated.
