EFFECTIVE METHODS OF MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION OF PERSONNEL

Abstract

In the article the features of the work of motivation in the workplace. Developed the main directions and practical advice on creating motivational mechanism for its effective development that meets the priorities of the formation of the modern and market economy. From the initial orientation strictly increasing productivity, that stimulate physical activity, motivation gradually began to focus on improving the quality of work, promotion of creative activity, initiative and employees to stay on. All this necessitates a separate research problems evaluate the use of labor potential through stimulation and motivation of employees in the company.
