Effective Organization of Information through Libraries in Recent Era: Tools and Services

Abstract
To provide right information to right users is the primary motto of an organization of information. Today’s age is information age, where information has become the most important aspect of today’s social development. We can save the time of our valuable users by providing right information to right users at the right time in a right manner. If we want to provide effective and valuable library services to our clients, we should include both machine and human elements necessary for the delivery of useful information to a group of users. Here we can say that the information is generally defined as: Organized data; Data endowed with relevance and purpose. These definitions point to the fact that information is data that has been processed, given meaning, increasing the knowledge of a person who receives it.In this paper I have discussed the management of information, Value of information, Governance of information, Information management strategy.
