Journal Title: Kastamonu Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Dergisi - Year 2017, Vol 17, Issue 3
Abstract
Globalization is not a phenomenon, it is a dynamic process, and it also presents significant challenges with opportunities for countries. Globalization has important implications, especially on countries health systems and health policy making processes. The research addressed the impact of globalization on countries health systems and policies. Qualitative research design was used in the study and the relevant literature was searched. As a result, countries should give importance and priority to international cooperation and treaties in the field of health in order to be minimally affected by process and negative consequences arising from the process of globalization.
