Efficiency analysis of Zhanjiang sugar industry based on DEA Model of bank loan service

Abstract
"This paper takes the Zhanjiang sugar industry in Guangdong as an example and uses the DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of the bank loan service in the sugar industry under the different industrial models and links. The study found that in the sugar industry business models，the comprehensive service efficiency of bank loan with “company + farmer” model is the highest and the value is 1，and the value of Agricultural Bank loan is 0.48. That is，the bank loan is highly organized with higher efficiency . The various stages of the sugar industry have differences in the use of bank loans including the front end of the industry（cane machine manufacturing，sugar sales，alcohol brewing，seedlings introduction）and the end of the industry's sugar distribution logistics. The use of bank loans， seed and seedling promotion，mechanical farming，etc.，are more efficient，with average efficiency values of 0.87 and 0.32，respectively，the average efficiency value at intermediate stages such as sugarcane planting，fertilizer production and sugar factory production is only 0.05. Therefore，we must focus on supporting sugar reprocessing companies."
