Efficiency and Problem at the Price of the Public Local Goods and Services (a theoretical study )

Abstract
In this article, "events and issues" in the pricing of local services has been investigated. Local administrations as well as the central administration are also included in the administrative structure of the state. Nowadays, there are significant changes in the understanding of the local government. Today’s cities has been pretty much crowded compared to yesterday’s. Large number of people have settled in cities, and as a result, the demand for local services are increasing. Local governments can meet the costs of local service delivery from those who benefit from these services. Local governments in terms of to reflect their expenditures for production of services to users, have rather advantageous position compared to the central government. The efficient provision of local administration services, of course, requires that some conditions exist. In the study, pricing methods can be used in the effectively pricing of goods and services offered by local governments has been investigated.
