The Level of Relationship to Accomplish the Duties of Employee with the Shape of Order or Instructions by Administrations: A Research

Abstract

When wage earners accomplish their duties or directions that got by their supervisors, the behavior of accomplishing the duty variants according to the shape of instructions. The speed or form of the consummation of a duty, gets faster or slower which is related to the shape of instructions, even can’t be done until a second order. The purpose of this study, to put forth the relationship between the levels of accomplishing the duty based on the shape of instructions, by giving orders/instructions as a high and middle class administrator to subalterns in public institutions. The direction of the purpose of the study, firstly, literature search was made, the relationship between form and instructions for measuring the levels of realization containing eleven statements on the "Order / instruction format and Realization Level Scale" was developed. Survey method was made with working administrators as face to face, data were collected by 119 participants and analyzed in SPSS 17.0 software in total. In conclusion, the content and form of orders and instructions which are given by managers was determined to be associated with levels of employees to perform their duties.
