Efficiency diagnostics of environmental management system in manufacturing enterprise and liability for environmental law violation.

Abstract
The article presents conceptual framework for efficiency diagnostics of environmental management system in manufacturing enterprise on grounds of business indices in order to solve problems of legal regulation in field of ensuring environmental security. The study found that main indices of efficiency diagnostics of environmental management system in manufacturing enterprise are as follows: enterprise’s level of environmental activity; the level of products quality; the level of enterprise impact on environment; the technogenicity degree of area where en- terprise operates; the frequency of environmental measures implementation by an enterprise. The study revealed key applied aspects of enterprise legal responsibility (disciplinary, administrative, civil, and criminal) for Ukrainian environmental law violation.
