Abstract
In the article the main provisions of the interaction of state bodies, local authorities and public departments of the National Police of Ukraine in the field of prevention (coun- ter) crime. Based on analysis of current legislation The basic tasks and functions of these entities to combat crime and identified certain forms and directions of cooperation with Ukraine National Police in combating crime today.
