Organizational and legal foundations of the activity of crewing companies in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of legal aspects of the activity of crewing agencies in Ukraine. The definition of the concept of a crewing agency is proposed. On the basis of the study, proposals were made to improve the current legislation of Ukraine on the regulation of the activities of crewing agencies.
