Сonverting centers in the mechanism of financial fraud

Abstract
The article provided criminological characteristics of converting centers. The author provided the con- cept, structure and typical features of converting cents and described the current state and dynamics of a ficti- tious business only register for the pre-trial investiga- tion of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine in 2014–2016 years. On the basis of summarizing operational and in- vestigative practices made modern distribution centers to the appropriate conversion categories and selected the most specific mechanisms conversion.
