Abstract
In the article a concept and maintenance of constitutional right for personality are investigated on social defence. Different positions of authors are analysed in relation to the adopted constitutional right. Authorial determination and maintenance of constitutional right for personality are given on social defence. Conclusions and recommendations are offered.
