Introduction of the Institute of Educational Ombudsman in Ukraine

Abstract
The article considers the need for the establishment of an educational ombudsman institution in Ukraine. The prеconditions and peculiarities of the establishment of the institution authorized to protect the rights of participants in the educational process have been analyzed. The rights of the educational ombudsman in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Education” are out lined.
