Administrative procedures as a factor in ensuring the quality of providing educational services

Abstract
The urgency of the development of procedures and standards of the quality of education at the present stage is grounded. The general structure of the quality of education is revealed, its main components are determined. Based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation in terms of ensuring the quality of education, a conclusion is made about the need for its radical reform. General approaches to the problem of ensuring the quality of education in law-making work are generalized. The organizational and legal support of the quality of education and the prospects for its reform are characterized.
