EFFICIENCY OF INNOVATION PROJECTS HOTEL RESTAURANT ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The need for a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of introducing innovations related to the implementation of innovative projects of hotel and restaurant enterprises is identified. The main approaches of the innovative project of hotel and restaurant enterprises are characterized; the efficiency of innovative projects in the sphere of hotel and restaurant business is grounded.
