ЕКОНОМІЧНЕ ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ ЗАХОДІВ З ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ВИРОБНИЧОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА НА ПРИКЛАДІ ДП «АНТОНОВ»

Abstract
This article is devoted to economic substantiation of measures to improve the efficiency of production enterprises in Ukraine. Calculations by the author proposed in Article events held at the aircraft construction company SE «Antonov». In the article the necessity of improving the efficiency of production activity management company chosen because his work is characterized by a low level of control of work and working process in general. As a result, it was suggested to introduce electronic system of access to the company to arrange for access control at the entrance of the company. It should be noted that this problem is typical for a large number of industrial enterprises in Ukraine, as research conducted by the author and calculations can be adapted by other companies. Research current activity enabled the company to reveal a high degree of depreciation, so SE «Antonov» it is reasonable to optimize the production process and improve production capacity. For enterprises with a complete production cycle, improve automatic and degree of fixed assets will increase performance of production activities, reducing staff time, energy, improve product quality. Thus, the author was asked to calculate the introduction of automation in the manufacturing process of drafting a separate element of the product, which leads to increased productivity and reduce the complexity of the product. Thus the author conducted calculations are important because a large number of enterprises Ukraine has similar problems significant depreciation of production facilities and the lack of automation, because the author made calculations can be adapted and used by other industrial enterprises of different economic sectors. The study makes it possible to draw some conclusions and make appropriate recommendations on the process of improving the efficiency of production activity.
