Abstract
Dando continuidad de su propósito editorial orien tado llamar la atención yreproducir, fragmentos o en su totalidad, de obras científcas que resulten signifcativas para conocer la historia ambiental, tanto camagueyana como del territorio cubano en general, Monteverdia aborda en este número el libro titulado “El Camagüey; viaje pintoresco por el interior de Cuba y sus costas; con descripciones del país” publicado en 1889 por Antonio Perpiñá.
