Interaction generated between knowledge and skills, promotes an effective and balanced relationship or territorial coexistence. The study of the educational vulnerability of the Natural Sciences Career at Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación, which belongs to La Universidad Central del Ecuador carried out during the year 2015, considered in its analysis 54 subjects taught in approximately 241 hours of theoretical classes, based on the indicated program, based on the analysis of the information, it is demonstrated the absence of themes that have to do with education related to the analysis of risks, education in risk management and education for the training in risk management which limits the possibilities in the knowledge and the reaction of the university educational participants, to face imminent natural disasters risks and other emergencies.
