ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE AS AN ELEMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to definition of the general concept and principles of using electronic evidence in civil proceedings, their types, problems of legal regulation, as well as analysis of changes and trends of the modern theory of proof in the light of computerization of court proceedings and the introduction of electronic means of proof.
