Elemente semnificative privind rata dobânzii şi rolul acesteia în activitatea bancară

Abstract
În acest articol, autorul prezintă unele elemente semnificative ale ratei dobânzii, care îndeplinește o funcţiune importantă în modelul activităţii bancare. Metodele de calcul descriu formele ratei dobânzii, utilizate de banca centrală, precum şi pe cele aplicate în instituţiile de credit. Sunt prezentate ratele dobânzii nominală şi reală, precum şi rata simplă a dobânzii, rata medie a dobânzii, dobânda compusă. Scopul acestor indicatori diferă în funcţie de cerinţele şi activităţile fiecărei instituţii.
