Еlements and instruments of improving the institutional support of adaptation of the Ukrainian legislation to acquis EU.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to defining and determining elements and instruments of improving the institutional support of adaptation of the Ukrainian legislation to acquis EU. Problems of functioning of the main institution, which support the adaptation of legislation, were analyzed and reasons of them were specified. On this basis and taking into account an experience of states that became members of EU, particular instruments of improving the institutions role in adaptation of legislation were proposed.
