Procedural status of the bodies of state financial control in administrative and delict proceeding.

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal regulation of the procedural status of the bodies of state financial control (including the Accounting Chamber and the central executive authority, authorized to implement the state policy in the field of state financial control – the State Audit Office and its interregional territorial divisions) in cases of administrative violations . The rights and obligations of such bodies as subjects exercising power with a view to revealing signs of administrative offenses and reviewing and resolving cases in administrative and delict proceedings are generalized. It is indicated on the possibility of the bodies of state financial control to be victims and persons who are attracted to administrative responsibility. The author's vision of the directions of improving the procedural status of these bodies in cases on administrative violations is expressed.
