Monitoring of legal conflicts and gaps in the legislation of Ukraine.

Abstract
The issue of monitoring conflicts and gaps in the legislation of Ukraine has been developed in the article. Some of the draft laws submitted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation, on which the remarks and proposals of the Supreme Court of Ukraine were raised, are analyzed. Examples of legal conflicts and incompleteness of structural construction of bills are given. The expediency of elimination of deficiencies in legislation by means of monitoring mechanisms is substantiated.
