Problem questions of determination and observances of legal guarantees are in activity of agencies of financial control

Abstract
Monitoring of problem questions, arising up at avouching for activity of agency of financial control in Ukraine is conducted in the article. The problems of theoretical, scientific, normative and organizational character are selected. Author vision of ways of their decision is offered, in particular, normative legal settlement of such guarantying in the special law in the field of state (public) control.
