International legal regulation of reproductive and therapeutic human cloning

Abstract
The article deals with the key provisions of international legal regulation of human cloning. The actual bioethical problems of modern international law related to the right to life, that arise in view of the threats, that pose human cloning, are researched. The importance of protecting human life and dignity at the embryonic stage of its development is emphasized, as well as the necessity of development the therapy using their own stem cells and cord blood stem cells.
