Elite Democracy

Abstract
A political élite is a group of people, corporations, political parties, other kind of civil society organization who manage and organize government and the manifestations of political power. Elitism has always been an alternative to democracy. Contradictions between elitism and democracy are clear: elitism comes from inequality of people, and the classical theory of democracy proclaims equality; elitism recognizes the real subject of the political power elite and democracy – the people.
