EMERGENCY CALL CENTER AS ELEMENT OF CRISIS RESPONSE SYSTEM

Abstract
For several years one has observed a growing interest of the public administration in the sphere of crisis management. An effectively functioning system of crisis management is not just a specialized rescue service, but also a well-functioning system for receiving alerts. For this purpose, emergency call centers were set up, which are a collective control room for the police, ambulance and fire department. Having the appropriate structure, human resources and hardware, they are capable of receiving emergency calls and coordinating the deployment of emergency services at the time of crisis as well as in the case of routine visits to individual patients in a health or life emergency.
