Emergency situations as object of legal regulation: general characteristics

Abstract
The article deals with general characteristics emergency situations as object of legal regulation. The main sources of research made by the provisions of the Code of Civil Protection of Ukraine. In the research it was done a detailed legal analysis structural elements of the definition of emergency situations. Subsequently it was done analysis of the main species of emergency situations. Where in used two major classification division of emergency situations: by grain and by level.
