EMOTIONAL BURNING OUT OF STUDENTS AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

In this article presents the results of theoretical analysis of the problem of emotional burnout in psychological science, reflected the urgency and importance of the research. Presents the results of theoretical analysis of the problem of emotional burnout in psychological science, and also reflected the peculiarities of professional training of students, contribute to the occurrence of syndrome of emotional burnout. Freydenberg, A. Pines, E. Aronson, T. Maslach, M. Leiter, E. Direndorc, I. Shaufeli, X. Sixma To. Maslach, O. Jackson, B. Perlman, E. Hartman, etc.Also, a description of the programme of empirical research, methods, results and conclusions. Values the work on the basis praktycl study recommendations for prevention burnout for students. The obtained results are generally consistent with the age characteristics of the subjects, in particular, with the specific social situation of development, namely, the first stage of professionalization — professional education. Our findings have great practical significance, and can be taken into account in the organization of the educational process in vocational schools Transnistria.
