ENDOSCOPIC AND MORPHOLOGICAL PARALLELS WITH EROSIVE CHANGES IN THE STOMACH IN PATIENTS WITH DISEASES OF THE BILIARY TRACT AND LIVER IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF GASTRIC MUCOSA PRECANCEROUS CHANGES

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the endoscopic and morphological features of gastritis in patients with gastric erosions in diseases of the liver and biliary tract in comparison with patients with gastric erosions in duodenal ulcer and chronic gastritis. It was found that patients with gastric erosions in diseases of the liver and biliary tract characterized by significantly higher rate of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the stomach, a higher frequency of intestinal metaplasia at the same frequency of atrophy in the antrum of the stomach. It was proved the correlation between the endoscopic (high magnification, high resolution and narrowband imaging videoendoscopy) and morphological methods for the diagnosis of precancerous changes in the gastric mucosa.
