Abstract
Laparoscopic distal pancreatic resection is feasible, safe, and efficient. LDP is a good alternative to conventional resection for a wide range of lesions. LDP has advantages that include shorter postoperative recovery and lower blood loss rate. At the same time there’s no difference in morbidity rates
