ENERGY EFFECTIVE CONTROL BY HEAT SUPPLY PROCESS MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS

Abstract

Purpose. The substantiation of the method of energy efficient management of the heat supply of multistory build-ings to obtain the established norms of the classes of energy efficiency, with the observance of comfortable sanitary and hygienic requirements in the premises of civil buildings. Methodology. The peculiarities of functioning of automated systems of control of heat consumption of multistoried buildings at the level of a heat point with the use of dependencies of specific, energy and temperature indices from degrees, external and internal air temperatures are considered. Results. It is established that according to the indicator of specific heat consumption, which is brought to the normative conditions, for the building of a certain type, it is possible to substantiate the values of parameters of the temperature schedule of its heating system, which provide the necessary levels of energy efficiency, comfort and reduction of heat consumption. Originality. The method of realization of energy-efficient control of the process of heat supply of multistory buildings with centralized heat supply with the use of blocks, implementing the processes of the task of the required indicators of energy efficiency, accounting for consumption and use of thermal energy, regulation by executive mechanisms of engineering systems, is proposed. Practical value. The proposed approach allows rational use of energy resources for the thermal provision of civilian buildings.
