ENERGYLOADING OF VARIOUS TYPES OF DISCS IN BRAKE DEVICES OF LIFTING AND TRANSPORTING MACHINES (PART TWO)
Journal Title: Проблеми тертя та зношування - Year 2017, Vol 77, Issue
Abstract
The accident-free and safe operation of lifting and transporting machines largely depends on the reliable operation of the friction pairs of brake devices. The experience of operating has showed that the wear-friction characteristics of the friction pairs materials depend mainly on their thermal regime, and primarily on the degree of heating of the surface and near-surface layers of the friction materials. The creation of more efficient lifting and transporting ma-chines with unit capacity increase the energyloading of the friction pairs of the brake devices installed on them, which means that the heating of the elements of the friction pair increases at the same time. In this publication, the following issues are considered in relation to the problem being solved: requirements and conditions that ensure the operable state of a multi-jet ejector cooling sys-tem; design and operation of a multi-jet ejector cooling system for friction pairs of the disk brake. The aim of the work was to improve the wear-frictional properties of friction pairs of the disk brakes by reducing their energyloading.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF WEAR CHARACTER FAILURE IN AIRCRAFT OPERATION
In this paper the mathematical model of failures associated with wear during aircraft exploitation is developed. Тhe calculations of the distribution function, distribution density and failure rate gamma distribution at...
TRIBOTECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF POWDER MATERIALS BASED ON IRON AFTER BORIDING
The structure, phase composition of the boride coating deposited on the powder material SP90- D3 is studied. It is shown that borating substantially increases the wear resistance of the powder material.
COMPARISON OF FRICTION EFFECTS IN THE ENVIRONMENT WITH USING ALGORITHM, WHICH IS BASED ON THE EQUATIONS OF PRESSURE OR DENSITY AT STUDY OF TURBOFAN MODEL
Using mathematical models for describing of characteristics of engine noise requires careful selection of the methods, what used during the modeling. That’s why it is necessary to compare and find those equations that ma...
APPLICATION OF CAST OPEN-CELL POROUS ALUMINUM FOR SELF-LUBRICATING BEARINGS
Applicability of cast open-cell porous Al for the use as porous 'self-lubricating bear- ings' was studied experimentally using tribological tests. Samples of open-cell porous Al have been produced by casting the melt of...
