Energymodernisation of budgetary educational establishments on the basis of realization of mechanism of energyservice contracts

Abstract
In the article expediency of introduction of mechanism of energymanagement of budgetary establishments of institution of higher learning of Ukraine is considered on the basis of energyservice agreement of ESCO. Suggestions are reasonable in relation to development of financial model of the use of energy sources.
