Engineering of Point Defects and Formation Mechanisms of PbTe–CdTe Solid Solutions
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2016, Vol 17, Issue 3
Abstract
The crystal-quasichemical formulas were proposed in paper. There were obtain the dominant point defects of Pb1-xCdxТе solid solutions on the base of initial binary solutions PbТе and CdTe of the n- and р-type of conductivity. The dependence of defect concentrations, such as charge carriers and Hall’s concentration due composition of solid solutions were calculated.

Determination of Complex Magnetic Permeability of Ferrite-Piezoelectric Composites
In this paper the (1-x) MgFe2O4 – x BaTiO3 composite systems in the form of toroid were obtained. It was presented the method of determining of complex magnetic permeability of ferrite-piezoelectric materials by the resu...
The Kinetic Effects, Caused by Thickness Fluctuations of Quantum Semiconductor Wire
It was theoretically determined the electrical conductivity, thermopower and thermal conductivity of semiconductor quantum wire conditioned by a random field of Gaussian fluctuations of wire thickness. We present the res...
The Luminescent Centra in thin Films of β–Ga2O3 and (Y0.06Ga0.94)2O3
Photoexcitation and photoluminescence spectra of β–Ga2O3 and (Y0.06Ga0.94)2O3 thin films obtained by high-frequency ion-plasmous sputtering was investigated. Luminescence spectra were factorized on ultimate constituents...
