ENHANCEMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF FRAGMENT OF SUSPENSION MATERIALS UNDER THE AERODYNAMIC AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES COMPLEX

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of existing seed separation technologies, it is proposed to use an electrostatic field of corona discharge for preliminary separation of the components of the seed mixture by electrical properties in order to increase the efficiency of the seed separation process on the fraction. At the second stage, air flow is used. In accordance with the adopted technology, the mathematical models of component movement in the electro-coronal drum type separator are used as a feeder of the air separator. Typical equations describing the motion of particles in a medium with resistance are used to describe the motion of grain material components in the air flow. Proposed simplified formulas for the approximate calculation of the trajectory of motion.
